Upon carefully reading the collections of poems by Yu Hsi, both the already published and the yet to be released, there’s no doubt that all of them represent a dialogue of the poet with his own self… The landscape of his poetry doesn’t correspond to the artistic conceptions of the realms of space and time; his language (both allusions to classics and expressions of his own creation) transcends the usual language of learning and knowledge, it is a non-default “language able to release the true power of language”.
