One day, Dr. Nambar Enkhbayar, former president of Mongolia, sent a  juicy watermelon to Dr. Yu Hsi. President Nambar Enkhbayar welcomed Dr. Yu Hsi to Mongolia and hoped he can taste the watermelon from Mongolia.

President Nambar Enkhbayar explained to Dr. Yu Hsi about the characteristic of waremelon:

The watermelons from Khovd aimag (Ховд аймаг), one of western province of Mongolia are delicious, therefore they are loved by Mongolian people. Although there is other province in Mongolia produces watermelons, Selenge aimag(Сэлэнгэ аймаг), for instance, people prefer the watermelons from Khovd aimag. Without any pattern, watermelons from Khovd aimag are dark, green in appearance; otherwise, the variety from Selenge aimag has pattern from the exterior. Not only you can differ them by appearance, but also by the flavor, waterlemons from Khovd aimag are much more tasty than Selenge aimag, however, they are more expensive.

President Nambar Enkhbayar and Dr. Yu Hsi are good friends. During the days Dr. Yu Hsi stayed in Mongolia, President Nambar Enkhbayar cared about Dr. Yu Hsi a lot.The watermelon was not only sweet and tasty, but also symbolized the friendship between President Nambar Enkhbayar and Dr. Yu Hsi.
